Our wooden house consists of 3 floors.

Lower apartment

Lower apartment and ski room

It has a separate entrance via an external metal staircase and features a fully equipped kitchen connected to a dining and living room, and a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

All rooms in the apartment have direct access to a paved terrace , in front of which there is a lawn.

Next to the lower apartment there is a technical room available to you, which is our storage room and in winter you can use it as a ski room . There is a standing dryer for ski boots/shoes and also separate dryers in winter you can find in both entrance halls. In summer you can store a bicycle or something in the ski room .

Ground floor

The main floor is the ground floor, which is a classic wooden log cabin. From the hallway with storage space you enter the hall, which we prepare as a children's corner for visiting families with children. For groups without children, we prepare the hall with additional seating. 

In the hall under the stairs there is a separate toilet and from it you enter the spacious living room connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. We don't usually do this, but in exceptional cases there is also an extendable sofa in this living room for emergency sleeping.

On the opposite side is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet. We can also prepare a cot in this room if necessary.

Both the living room and the bedroom have exits to a large balcony , from which you can enjoy views of the Western Tatras on the right and the end of the Choč Hills on the left. If you are lucky, you can watch wild animals grazing in the meadow below the wooden house in the morning.

Attic

The illuminated stairs take you to the attic, where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with toilets. 1 bedroom is equipped with two connecting single beds and the possibility of preparing a cot. The second has a double bed and the third has 2 double beds and one separate bed that can be extended into a full double bed, so 6 people can sleep here comfortably, but in the case of children's events, this room is popularly used as a bedroom, where more children can sleep.

Our women decorated the wooden house as if we were going to live there.

Beds

Realizing that a good sleep is the basis of a quality rest for our guests, we really took care of the beds, as well as everything else. They are made of hard, solid wood and each has a really high-quality and large, 90cm wide mattress . The double beds are a beautiful 180cm wide.

We also have two travel cots available for the youngest travelers. Their preparation must be arranged in advance.

Heating

The main source of heating is electricity, which heats the water for the underfloor heating in the basement and on the ground floor. The rooms in the attic are equipped with radiators.

As a supplementary heating, although practice shows that it is also becoming popular as the main heating, there are 2 modern wood-burning stoves in the wooden house . These have sufficient power to heat the building significantly faster and to create that real wooden house atmosphere.

WiFi

The property has an optical internet connection , which is distributed via WiFi to all corners of the wooden house and is free of charge for accommodated guests .

Kitchens

The wooden house has 2 fully equipped kitchens on 2 separate floors. Each has a refrigerator with an evaporator, an electric oven, an induction hob , a hood, an electric kettle for boiling water, a built-in microwave in the basement, a separate microwave on the ground floor on request. Both kitchens also have built-in dishwashers . A toaster , a toaster and a hand mixer are also available for you .

In addition to watered coffee, you can also make coffee in a Dolce Gusto espresso capsule machine or in a drip coffee machine.

Of course, you have at your disposal a variety of small and large pots, baking sheets, cutlery, can openers, knives, plenty of shallow and deep plates, goulash bowls, etc. 

You don't even have to bring wine glasses , large cups, smaller cups, small cups, regular glasses or shot glasses :)

The kitchens are connected to the living rooms with seating, and although we hope that you will rather engage in social activities, we also have 2 SMART TVs accessible via cable or wirelessly.

Children's corner

On the ground floor, we can prepare a living room hall for those interested as a children's corner, which can also be used for regular seating. Several board games and various toys are available here.

The terrace and our meadow

Especially in the summer, the life of our guests is concentrated on our large terrace, where you can sit under umbrellas and, of course, a grill and a cauldron for cooking, for example, goulash.

In the meadow under the terrace, children will definitely enjoy the climbing frame with a slide and two swings. The smaller swing can be hung up and replaced with an even smaller one for the very youngest. 

Next to the climbing frame there is a seating area with a fireplace and two tables. You can also play mini-football or practice other sports on the meadow within the space.

The gentle slopes on both sides of the wooden house (and not only) will surely be a great winter activity for your children, who will be enthusiastic about sledding or taking their first steps on skis.

Parking

Right in front of the building, our visitors have access to a spacious paved parking lot for 5 cars, or more with reasonable parking.
